I’m so excited to announce the launch of an online life coaching group for Asians that will touch on multi-layered perspectives and nuanced themes that are very close to my heart. Having grown up as an Asian person in predominantly white-bodied schools and places, the topics of the Asian diasporic experience have been lifelong areas of interest for me. 

Whether you are an immigrant or the child, grandchild or great-grandchild of immigrants, there are so many lasting effects that can come with looking or being different than those around you. These can range from the impacts of racism and bullying which can quiet our life expression, to subtler types of marginalization such as microaggressions or lack of representation in media, that might, even subconsciously, contribute to an internalized sense of inferiority. We often hold grief and other difficult emotions within these sacred places too, and these feelings are very important to honor.

There are further cultural, familial and ancestral complexities that Asian individuals might hold, and in light of current socio-political contexts, I believe exploring this territory is important and relevant for many right now. That’s why I’m finally actualizing my dream to form a group to coach individuals in our Asian community into a fuller expression of their lives, passions and contributions. 

This beta Asian coaching circle is open to anyone who identifies as an Asian or mixed Asian person, and would like to release the negative impacts of stereotypes, discrimination, and old, limiting beliefs. It will consist of two 90-minute group sessions and one 60-minute individual session per month, and run for 3 months.

As this is the first time I’ll be running this particular group, it will be offered at a beta rate, on a sliding scale between $125-250 per month (for 3 months).

For this launch I’m also offering the option of a free enquiry call. This can last up to 60 minutes and is available to anyone wanting to connect and discuss what we’ll be delving into in this coaching group, but is attached to zero pressure to join!
