Grief Support

Processing grief in these modern times can be such a challenge.

Depending on your situation and surroundings, you may feel that you have to suppress your emotions or isolate yourself while grieving. But grief needs to be tended.

Grief can also be very misunderstood. Even well-meaning people may leave you feeling lost or alone when you’re experiencing great loss. But grief is sacred.

Grief resonates from places that have held deep love or great hope. Your encounters with grief are therefore worthy of great compassion.

The Sacred Work of Grief

The sacred work of grief tending is a beautiful medicine that is underutilized in our world. A leading figure in this area of work is Francis Weller, author of The Wild Edge of Sorrow (which I cannot recommend highly enough!).

Over 20 years ago, reeling from and lost in my own grief, I was blessed enough to meet Francis. Since then, I have learned so much from him about grief and soul work.

Having been both trained and mentored by Francis, I hope to continue his beautiful legacy in my own grief offerings.

Being Held in Care

Everyone’s experience of grief is different. Even for the same person, no two losses are alike.

What I find to be one theme of grief though, is the need for it to be experienced safely. Your grief deserves a space where it can be cared for and held.

In our sessions we will hold your expression of grief kindly and bring warmth to this tender threshold.

Because grief is a form of love.

Monthly Grief Support Package

Because grief is so sacred, it’s very important that you feel comfortable in this process. If within the first session or two, you discover that I’m not the right person for you, I’d prefer to amicably part ways without cost to you.

If you do decide that we are a good fit, I find it optimal to meet weekly. This allows us to keep the space warm and treat your grief with the deep care and attention it deserves.

Weekly sessions, with a rate of $125 per 60-minute video call, will be invoiced monthly. You will have my truehearted support along with voice text correspondence between sessions.

As time goes on, you can then choose when the sessions feel complete.
